I would like to thank Wincy from Rhiss Interior for her excellent job in renovating my condo unit.

Unlike other ID companies I consulted, Wincy did not say yes to every idea I came up with but gave me truly honest opinions of what can and should be done for the house.

Throughout the process from the design to the actual works, she was totally meticulous and put in a lot of effort before each meeting.

I love the fact the she would come up with different options to help me make the best decisions on the layout and design of the house instead of just hard selling any particular package or idea.

It was easy working with Wincy who is very attentive, prompt, accommodative, super patient, very helpful in getting all the necessary done.

The project was well coordinated with constant updates. I will not hesitate to recommend Rhiss Interior to my friends and family.

We would like to thank Wincy and her team for their effort put in, from the initial layout, design concept, choosing of carpentry materials to the actual renovation work and even choosing of lightings and curtains, for our new home. We were happy we decided to choose Wincy (Rhiss Interior) as our ID after talking to a few companies.

We were initially quite lost when we first saw our empty unit as we think it’s so small that storage will be a big issue for us. However, Wincy managed to come out with solutions without compromising design and budget.

After listening to our needs and ideas, she will be open to tell us the ‘can’ and ‘cannot’ of our ideas and will provide her ideas for our consideration. Her designs are always focus on practical use that has to suit our lifestyle. Now that our house is fully furnished, it instead doesn’t look small.

As with every renovation work, there will bound to be hiccups. We are thankful so far those were minor and Wincy and her team managed them professionally and patiently. She is always just a phone call away.

And special thanks to Amos too for all the ‘hands-on’ work he had done. He also ensures work are always done properly.

We approached several interior designers before deciding on Rhiss Interior Pte Ltd to be our final choice in February 2018. Wincy Tang was the assigned Principal Designer for our project.

As this is our first home, Wincy was extremely patient in guiding us through her recommendations and explaining the pros and cons when making certain decisions.

What impressed us was the sound advice given by her during the entire renovation process; from idea generation to the sourcing of materials. As we were travelling quite frequently for work, it gave us peace of mind that Wincy was proactive in following up with counter-parties.

Special mention to Amos, who was constantly hands on during the actual works. It helps that he personally helped out with necessary rectifications which made the process all the more smoother.
